Vision

Better Together connects people and ideas from Kosovo and Switzerland to build sustainable, local solutions with meaning that resonates beyond borders. Together, we create impact that is inclusive, collaborative, and lasting.

Mission

We are Better Together – a nonprofit association that connects people and initiatives in Kosovo through grassroots, project-based collaboration. We create spaces for exchange, support local and national efforts, and build cross-border partnerships with Swiss communities and institutions to turn shared ideas into lasting impact.

Better Together sees Kosovo as a land full of beautiful, unique flowers — individuals, initiatives, and ideas already blooming across the country.

Our work is to find these flowers, connect them gently, and help them realize that together, they form a stunning bouquet – stronger, more visible, and more impactful than any single bloom could be alone.

Through shared activities, mutual learning, and collaboration, we create the conditions for more flowers to grow – rooted in connection, nourished by trust, and reaching toward a future shaped together.
